Bad Photoshop, bad!

So, I got Photoshop 6, and it WILL NOT FREAKING INSTALL. I run it, the launcher comes up, I click install and then nothing happens. I've tried everything, but it still does not work. Ugh, this computer refuses to install anything for me...
